Profile Search & Selection is an award winning headhunting company focusing on the recruitment of middle to senior level Banking, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and marketing and Human Resources executives across Asia. The three Managing Directors have extensive international headhunting experience gained in Hong Kong, Sydney and London and a combined fifty years of experience between them. 

Our client is a leading US listed MNC in the consumer goods industry. They have a strong consumer brand name and have been growing steadily in this region. They are looking to move their regional headquarters to Singapore and are now looking to recruit a Regional Finance Director to lead the finance function for the region.

Reporting to the Global CFO, this position will look after all financial management for the region. You will provide leadership to the finance team in controllership and business planning. As a key member of the Asia Pacific leadership team, you will play a strategic role in developing and reviewing action plans that supports business growth in the region. You will also be responsible for reviewing internal control procedures and ensure financial accounting practices are in compliance with US GAAP requirements. You will be instrumental in building the regional office in Singapore, and partner the business on strategies for growth.

Ideally, you are a degree qualified CPA with recent years in a senior leadership position within a US listed MNC. You possess strong communication and presentation skills as well as good commercial acumen. Relevant experience in the consumer goods industry is highly advantageous.
