Our client is a leading Global Banking group with extensive operations across Asia Pacific. They are commencing a major global initiative which will focus on Cash Management, Payments and Trade Finance. Asia Pacific is the geographic cornerstone of the initiative and will see significant investment in all countries from India though to Japan and China.

As the Executive Director PMO Lead South East Asia, you will be a key component of the regional management team. You will be responsible for the management and governance of significant investment and strategic projects within the Transaction Services business in South East Asia.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Lead a PMO team, including team building, interviewing, site leadership interactions, potential UAT transition support, and site risk assessments.
• Direct project activities to ensure high quality results within defined time schedules with ownership for the complete end to end process.
• Responsible for overall project planning coordination, tracking, and status reporting.
• Ensure that the project management techniques and processes conform to corporate standards (Project Delivery Framework).
• Ensure that objectives conform to bank/line of business’ overall standards and fulfill user requirements.

To be successful in this position you will have:

• 10 – 15 years banking experience
• A minimum of 10 years in a project delivery related position
• Experience in the management of a team of at least 5 project managers
• Knowledge of cash management, liquidity, trade, and other transaction services products
